Higher Level Precision
The LT Jumbo series is an automatic laser tube cutting system designed to bring higher levels of precision to the laser cutting of large diameter, thick walled tubes, along with heightened efficiency and productivity to compete with the plasma systems commonly in use for cut this class of material.
The system cuts round, square, and rectangular tubes, plus non-tubular open structural sections ranging in diameter from 3" to 20" (75mm to 508mm) and lengths up to 60ft (18m). Providing a Durable Drive
The 3272 CR offers graphite commutation and premium materials, is produced with a durable drive, providing torque of up to 120mNm, and measure 32mm in diameter and 72mm in length.
The ironless stator coil, which is integral to the overall design, is a key component of the 3272 CR's performance. At a nominal voltage between 12V and 48V, it delivers high torque while ensuring that the slope of the n/M curve remains extremely flat. At the same time, the total weight of the DC micro motor is only 312g (11oz).

Twin Wheel Blast Machine
The Model GWB-702T rotary table wheel-blast system, with one blast wheel over each half of a 4,000 lb capacity, 70" diameter turntable, is suitable for batch processing of workpieces that are essentially flat or have limited vertical surfaces.
Each blast wheel is directly driven at a speed of 3,000rpm, by a 10hp motor, and is capable of throwing approximately 220 lb of metallic media per minute in an extended blast pattern up to 36" long. The blast pattern of the individual blast wheels is adjustable, so the twin wheels are aimed to provide rapid and thorough coverage of components on the entire surface of the turntable.

Five-Axis Simultaneous Machining
The HU63-T includes an 800mm (31.5") work diameter capacity on its vertically oriented table, 300kg (660 lb) work/fixture weight capacity, a variety of increased axis stroke options, high torque spindles (1,081Nm to 800 lb/ft continuous), tuned structure for heavy cutting in hard metals, and a Fanuc 30iM control with enhanced features for 5-axis simultaneous machining. The X, Y, and Z working envelope is 900mm x 800mm x 800mm (35.4" x 31.5" x 31.5"). The rapid feedrate in the X, Y, and Z axis is 32,000mm/min (1,260ipm). With the HU63-T, positioning accuracy in X, Y, Z axis is 0.001mm (0.00004"), positioning repeatability is 0.001mm (0.00004"). On the B axis, positioning accuracy is ±4 arc seconds; repeatability is ±1.5 arc seconds.

Ultrasonic Spot Welding Technology
The SonoWeld 1600 welds up to 20 layers of foil, while the dual head spot welder confidently accommodates as many as 80 layers without tearing the delicate foils. In both cases, the weld is accomplished in a single operation that takes only seconds. Durable bonds are created without the use of heat, current, fluxes, or fillers, there are no arcs, sparks, or fumes, and no melting of the weldment.

Air-Powered Vacuum Disc Sander
