S.A.G. Solarstrom AG has sold five photovoltaic PV plants in Germany to an undisclosed private investor.

The plants have a total capacity of 12MW, and the value of the sale is in the double-digit million range, according to Bloomberg.

Solarstrom is planning to build 440MW of solar plants in Spain, as well as projects in southeastern Europ and Chile.
