Sodick Inc., a manufacturer of EDM technology has launched a new machine warranty program; enabling a new Sodick EDM to be under warranty for up to 7 years.

“Sodick strongly believes that customer support is one of the keys to maintaining lasting relationships.  The new SodickCare Premier and SodickCare Premier Plus warranty programs expand upon that belief to offer our customers the ability to warranty their EDMs for up to 7 years,” says Isabel Florence, Extended Warranty Manager, Sodick Inc.

“The program works like this, when a customer purchases an EDM from us, they have the ability to purchase SodickCare Premier 3 or SodickCare Premier 5.  This expands the standard warranty to 3 or 5 years, respectively.  Once that machine is within the last 6 months of the 3 or 5 year warranty, the customer can then add an additional 2 years to their warranty, which is called SodickCare Premier Plus,” adds Florence.

SodickCare Premier provides an extended 3 or 5 year warranty and support program with additional benefits which the standard warranty does not include. Customers under this new warranty will receive special promotions, discounts and benefits going beyond what a standard warranty features. SodickCare Premier Plus will feature those same benefits for an additional 2 years.

The new warranty program will also feature an additional 2 years of benefits after SodickCare Premier or Sodick Care Premier Plus warranties expire. For an additional 2 years, customers will be eligible to receive discounts and benefits; such as, discounts on parts and service.
