Energy Management International, Inc. confirms acceptance of Nova Wind, Inc's "Nova Motor" as the design to be used in developing the joint-venture's prototype wind generator. Nova Wind's horizontal direct drive shaft design appears to be capable of eliminating gear box, brake and transmission problems associated with traditionally designed wind generators. With fewer moving parts, Nova Wind's direct drive shaft concept should result in a less expensive wind generator with fewer mechanical breakdowns.

Howard Dunn, President of Energy Management, says, "Nova Wind's turbine concept is based on reducing wear and tear on the internal working parts of a traditionally designed electric motor."

Energy Management International, Inc, formally known as Gust Engineering and Speed Production, Inc, is positioning itself to acquire North and South American oil and gas production projects and enter into downstream processing design, build, and/or operating agreements in Paraguay, Bolivia, and Argentina. Recently, the Company entered negotiations for the purchase of oil producing properties in central Texas.
